These are the tomatoes that refused to ripen — and thank fuck for that. ACIDE™ Pickled Green Tomatoes are a sharp, herb-spiked hit of late-season glory, packed with crunch and layered with flavour.
We take firm, unripened green tomatoes and pickle them in a tangy blend of apple cider vinegar, garlic, coriander seed, and cassia bark. The result? Bright, briny slices with a clean snap and a flavour that doesn’t hold back.
But here’s the kicker — they’re super limited. We only make these at the tail end of tomato season, and once they’re gone, that’s it until next year.
